FAQ

General questions

Who is this session for?

This session is for students preparing to study abroad — especially in the UK — who want to feel organised and confident before they leave. It’s also great for parents who want reassurance that everything is under control.

What will I walk away with?

You’ll leave with a clear plan, a personal checklist, and confidence in your next steps — from packing and paperwork to understanding UK culture, budgeting, and building your student life.

Process and timeline

How is the session delivered?

We offer two live, online group workshops with plenty of time for questions. You can also request individual coaching for more tailored support.

Does this include visa support?

Yes, we’ll walk you through how to use your visa vignette, what to expect at the border, and how to collect your BRP after arrival. Full visa application support is a separate service, which we’re also happy to help with.

When should I book this session?

Ideally, 4–6 weeks before your departure. But even if your flight is next week, it’s not too late, we’ll help you catch up fast.

Other questions

Is there follow-up support after the session?

Yes, we offer optional follow-up support and resources to guide you through your arrival and first few weeks in the UK.

What if I’m also applying for a postgraduate course or Graduate Visa?

We can answer questions about career planning, Graduate Route options, and working during your studies so you start thinking long-term from day one.
