How does the process work?
It’s simple and designed around you:
- Tell us your preferences: fill out a short form with your chosen campuses, locations, and dates.
- Review your custom itinerary: we’ll craft a personalised schedule, with up to three rounds of feedback and revisions.
- Go explore: join a meaningful visit program with guided campus tours, student life insights, and meetings with university staff.
What’s included in the service?
- Tailored planning and coordination of up to five university visits
- Guided tours led by student ambassadors
- Optional meetings with admissions or faculty representatives
- Local recommendations to help you make the most of your visit
What costs are covered?
The base fee includes planning, coordination, and up to five campuses. Travel and accommodation aren’t included, but we’ll help you estimate those. If you need extra support (translation, transport, etc.), we’ll discuss it before finalising your itinerary.

Can I customise the itinerary?
Yes, fully. From which universities you visit to the order, dates, and depth of engagement, your trip is designed to fit your goals. We include up to three iterations so it’s just right.

Not at all. While the UK, Europe, and the US are most popular, we can help organise tours in other regions too — just let us know what you’re looking for.
